career with ECI in 1996 and became a
licensed agent in 1998. She
specializes in commercial insurance
finding best coverages possible for her
clients. She has served on the Board
of Directors of Independent Insurance
Agents of OKC serving as President in
2004-2005. She currently serves as
the Chairman for the Independent
Insurance Agents of Oklahoma where
she has serviced in many capacities
including her past project with the IIAO
Centennial Committee. Denise is honored
to be the first woman in 102 years to be named
Chairman for the Independent Insurance
Agency of Oklahoma. Ms. Johnson is
involved in many civic activities in her
community including the Yukon Kiwanis
Club, Yukon Business Women's
Group, and Board Member of the
Yukon Community Education
Organization. She is graduate of the
University of Central Oklahoma and is
also involved in her local church where
she and her husband attend with their
daughters. She has found insurance
to be a passion noting that it 'enables
our society to achieve to greater gains'.
